Ordering, Tracking and Delivery

All print orders are printed on demand for us by the award winning in-house fine art printing service, The Print Space and despatched within 2 – 5 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Shippy Pro Art Prints, with details of your tracking number.

Delivery by Royal Mail, (available in the United Kingdom mainland only), please allow 2 – 4 working days once you have been notified that your order has been shipped.

Or,

By Express Courier, in the United Kingdom mainland, please allow 1 – 2 working days once you have been notified that your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped using an Express Courier.

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom mainland, please contact louise@studiotunnard.co.uk and we will try to help.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. As all prints are printed on demand, we are currently unable to exchange or refund unframed prints, so please double check your choice before making your purchase.

Damaged items

The Print Space, who produces all the prints on our behalf, quality check every item before it leaves them, but if for any reason your print arrives damaged, please email louise@studiotunnard.co.uk  within 48hrs. It would be very helpful if you could attach a photo of the damage. 

Please make sure to include the order number in any correspondence.

Complaints

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with our products and our service, but if you have cause to make a complaint, please email louise@studiotunnard.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve whatever has caused you to be unhappy with our service.
